An expanded meeting was held on issues related to improving the effectiveness of the personnel management system in protection units, training and retraining of employees, improving the mechanism for staffing vacant positions with promising personnel, strengthening official and executive discipline in the system and eliminating corruption factors, strengthening social protection for employees and their families.
The event was attended by the leadership of the Department of Protection, deputy heads of territorial human resources departments and heads of departments and independent departments of the management staff in the following areas.
The speakers summed up the work done by the management of the Department of Protection to work with personnel over the past period. In addition, specific tasks were identified to eliminate deficiencies in the recruitment of employees, improve mechanisms for staffing vacant positions with promising personnel, strengthen official and executive discipline, and curb cases of corruption.
At the same time, issues of strengthening the social protection of employees and their families, improving material and technical support and creating favorable conditions for professional activity were considered. It was noted at the event that the increase of human resources, the introduction of modern knowledge and skills, as well as the continuous development of professional qualifications of employees are important factors in the implementation of reforms in the field.
