IN PRACTICE, THE SKILLS OF WORKING WITH PERSONNEL ARE FIXED

Psychological trainings and meetings aimed at improving the relationship between managers and employees, as well as the formation of warm relations between them, were organized with the participation of personnel of the Directorates of "Protection" of Samarkand, Navoi and Jizzakh regions.
During the events, the main focus is on strengthening the relationship between managers and employees, the correct and clear giving of orders, and the development of a culture of communication with citizens in the performance of official duties. In addition, psychological games such as "If I became a leader" and "Leadership Criteria" were organized as part of the practical classes, during which it was emphasized that staff skills can be an important means of establishing close relationships with employees. In turn, this not only increases the efficiency of their official activities, but also improves family relations.
Along with this, the forms of psychological problems that may arise in the process of entering into social relations in the family and society, as well as ways and methods of correcting these problems, have been studied.
The main purpose of such psychological trainings is to ensure high–quality and effective performance of employees, as well as to prevent cases of stress and depression.
