Educational and practical seminars were organized on the topics "The introduction by psychological inspectors in secondary schools of a new approach to learning processes, the psychosocial development of minors, the formation of immunity to behavioral deviations in order to improve the psychological environment" with the participation of psychological inspectors and "Modern methods of early diagnosis of behavioral disorders in adolescents" with the participation of specialist psychologists who have begun to to his duties in 537 secondary schools of Khorezm region.
The events were held in the Youth Center of Urgench city. During the seminars, qualified specialists of the National Guard Psychological Support Center, professors and teachers of the University of Public Safety and psychologists of the Center for Child Psychology shared their rich experience and told the participants of the event about modern psychological practices in these areas.
In particular, the methods of early diagnosis of behavioral deviations in schoolchildren, establishing communication with parents to strengthen the family– school–psychologist chain, as well as the use of psychological mechanisms in the formation of motivation to study are explained.
In addition, the possibility of using modern psychological methods and changing approaches to improving pedagogical skills, improving the quality of education, improving the psychological environment in school and family, as well as early detection of an unhealthy environment in some families was noted.
During the seminars, special attention was paid to the methods of rapid diagnosis, the effective use of psychological tools, the creation of a psychological portrait, the prevention of possible offenses among adolescents through individual conversations and observations, the formation of immunity against the effects of various factors.
The practical conference was held in several stages, within which master classes were organized for psychologists in order to consolidate their knowledge and skills, strengthen their relationship with students, their social adaptation, assess intelligence and behavior, and correct behavioral deviations.
The participants gained theoretical and practical experience, which will undoubtedly be useful in their future activities.
