Tashkent regional

A specialized psychological training for listeners aimed at developing managerial competencies has been successfully completed at the Tashkent Regional Training Center. The program of the event covered important aspects of leadership activities within the framework of the topics "Culture of leadership management" and "Psychology of leadership".

During the training, the participants gained in-depth knowledge about assessing the managerial and organizational abilities of managers, as well as methods for analyzing the spiritual and psychological climate in teams. The specialists paid special attention to the development of professional qualities of modern leaders, including organizational skills, business acumen and intellectual potential.

Considerable attention was paid to the formation of a patriotic worldview, the development of a sense of professional pride and the strengthening of dedication to their work. The participants of the training mastered effective methods of preventing occupational and domestic stress, and also received practical recommendations on how to combat depressive states.

The practical part of the event was devoted to developing the skills of subordinatesʼ adaptation to official duties, conducting psychoconsultative conversations and providing psychological support. The listeners received valuable recommendations on the organization of effective management activities and the development of professional competencies.

The final stage of the training was aimed at developing practical skills in working with staff, including algorithms for actions in various office situations and methods for creating a favorable working atmosphere. The acquired knowledge and skills will help managers to solve professional tasks more effectively and develop their teams.
