The program of the event covered important aspects of leadership activities within the framework of the topics "Culture of leadership management" and "Psychology of leadership".
During the training, the participants gained in-depth knowledge about assessing the managerial and organizational abilities of managers, as well as methods for analyzing the spiritual and psychological climate in teams. The specialists paid special attention to the development of professional qualities of modern leaders, including organizational skills, business acumen and intellectual potential.
Considerable attention was paid to the formation of a patriotic worldview, the development of a sense of professional pride and the strengthening of dedication to their work. The participants of the training mastered effective methods of preventing occupational and domestic stress, and also received practical recommendations on how to combat depressive states.
