In particular, in the cultural center of the Kungrat district, a performance "New Year's Tale" was staged for children of employees of the National Guard Departments of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, at the end of which Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden presented New Year's gifts to children. In addition, the regional musical and drama theater "Ogakhi", located in the city of Urgench, organized New Year's performances and the play "Time Stealer".
The New Yearʼs atmosphere prevailing in our country gives a festive mood to citizens, especially children. In particular, various festive events are held for children who were looking forward to the New Year holiday.
On the eve of the New Year holidays, it has become a tradition to organize food fairs at discounted prices in the regions. Such a fair, organized for employees of the National Guard Department for Surkhandarya region and the Department of "Protection", also became a pleasant opportunity to purchase everything necessary for the New Yearʼs table.
