The book is a stream of thoughts that flows through time and passes its treasure from generation to generation. Therefore, in recent years, special attention has been paid to reading and promoting books in our country, and not to the number of books, but to increasing their weight.
In particular, employees of the National Guard Department for Syrdarya region and the Directorate of "Protection" organized a "round table" with the participation of students of a specialized boarding school in Gulistan district, dedicated to the promotion of reading, the role of books in human life, as well as familiarization with modern literature.
During the event, a chess competition was also held with the participation of veterans, youth and employees.
In addition, a tour of the military unit was organized for the children in order to familiarize themselves with the activities of the National Guard, as well as special equipment and military equipment were presented.
