Measures aimed at improving the legal knowledge and skills of employees, preventing problems that may arise during the service, as well as their correct and effective solution, are of great importance today.
To this end, at the initiative of the Directorate of Protection of Khorezm Region, a preventive lesson was held in the video selector format on the topic "Rights and duties of employees: legal approaches" with the participation of employees of city and district security departments.
The chairman of the Urgench Interdistrict Economic Court also took part and spoke in detail about the rights and obligations of employees based on current legislation, legal approaches in labor relations, the importance of observing the legal culture and internal regulations in the workplace.
During the training session, the participants received answers to all their questions from specialists. Such events play an important role in raising the legal awareness of employees, forming them as educated and responsible personnel.
