THE NEW CONSTITUTION OF UZBEKISTAN IS A GUARANTEE OF HUMAN RIGHTS
As part of the Crime Prevention Day, a round table on the topic "The new Constitution of Uzbekistan – a guarantee of human rights" was held in the Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard of Fergana Region with the participation of employees serving in the system and officials of the Fergana Military Prosecutor's Office.
Lectures on the content and meaning of amendments and additions to the new Constitution were read out at the event.
They also discussed measures that need to be organized to further strengthen the service discipline of employees, prevent offenses, as well as improve their legal literacy.
Officials have also been given the necessary instructions to study problems among the personnel, to identify and eliminate them in a timely manner.
In addition, the Chief Legal Adviser of the Legal Support and Appeals group revealed the essence of the law "On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Responsibility" of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the end of the event, employees were given detailed explanations about the procedure for determining the penalty in the form of a fine for violators of the law.
