In order to prevent road accidents, the Department of Road Safety of Samarkand region conducts explanatory and preventive work among enterprises, organizations, institutions, as well as the population. Nevertheless, unfortunately, incidents related to vehicles are still being recorded in the regions.
Itʼs no secret that traffic accidents often lead to serious consequences: people get injured, become disabled, and even die. As a result of such tragedies, families lose their loved ones — parents, children — and are forced to live with deep mental pain and loss.
As part of another event held at the Directorate of Protection of Samarkand region, specialists familiarized employees with the rules of road safety when driving vehicles, as well as with the latest changes and innovations in this area.
Particular attention was paid to the fact that law enforcement officers, while driving, are required to strictly follow the rules of the road, show respect to all road users — whether drivers or pedestrians — and serve as an example of driving culture.
