Psychological training has been organized in order to develop employee skills in using profiling methods in the course of their professional activities
The main purpose of this training, conducted by psychologists of the Directorate of Protection of Fergana region, is to further improve the quality of service of employees by increasing their observation skills, developing analytical thinking and establishing effective interaction with citizens. The use of profiling methods is important not only for establishing effective communication, but also for preventing conflict situations, understanding the motives of customer behavior and establishing trusting relationships.
During the training, participants learned the principles of profiling using real-life examples, and strengthened their observation and analytical thinking skills through practical exercises. The experts also gave important recommendations on reading customer behavior, forming communication strategies, and correctly interpreting nonverbal signals.
As a result of this training, the professional skills of the employees improved, they gained practical experience in the effective use of a psychological approach and profiling methods in their professional activities.
