In order to organize meaningful leisure activities for employees of the Directorate of Protection of Karshi city of Kashkadarya region, an educational excursion to the regional museum of local lore was conducted.
It is worth noting that the Kashkadarya Regional Museum of Local Lore is a unique cultural and educational institution founded in 1975 in the city of Karshi. Over the years, the museum has formed a rich exposition, including sections of history, folk art, nature, memory and cultural values.
The museumʼs collections number more than 20 thousand valuable exhibits. Numismatic finds, archaeological artifacts, works of fine and applied art, historical documents, rare manuscripts, ancient books and household items are carefully preserved here.
The museum is actively engaged in scientific activities, constantly replenishes its funds and is engaged in publishing work. Of particular value is the "Catalog of Oriental Manuscripts in the Karshi Museum of Local Lore", published in French in Rome, which contains information about more than 50 manuscripts.
During the tour, the staff of the security department had the opportunity to get acquainted with the rich heritage of the past, represented in the museumʼs exposition. The visit allowed us to better understand the history of our native land and assess the importance of preserving cultural heritage for future generations.
Such familiarity with the history of oneʼs land helps to strengthen the bond between times and generations, fosters a sense of pride in the past and responsibility for the future of oneʼs country.
An educational excursion to the Margilan State Historical Museum was organized to educate employees of the Directorate of Protection of Fergana region in the spirit of respect for historical heritage and the formation of a careful attitude towards the cultural values of ancestors.
During the visit, the museumʼs researchers conducted a detailed tour for the guests, telling them about the cityʼs centuries-old history and the unique way of life of the local peoples. Special attention was paid to the demonstration of unique artifacts stored in the museumʼs collection.
Familiarization with cultural monuments allowed employees to see with their own eyes the material embodiment of the past and to feel more deeply the inextricable link between the times. The museumʼs exposition has become a real "living mirror" of history for them, vividly demonstrating the richness and diversity of the regionʼs cultural heritage.
