Communication with the public plays an important role in studying problems and solving them promptly.
In this regard, the command of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the Military Prosecutorʼs Office, the Ministries of Defense and Emergency Situations, as well as other partner organizations, held a public reception in Tuprokkala district of Khorezm region.
During the event, the problems were studied and suggestions from military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces, their families, as well as pensioners and youth were listened to. Of the 40 complaints received, 14 were positively resolved on the spot, another 14 were given legal advice, and 12 were taken under control for further resolution.
A similar field reception was held in Pakhtaabad district of Andijan region. It was attended by military personnel and employees of the National Guard and other law enforcement agencies, their families and residents of the area. Appeals in various directions were considered at the reception. Of the 16 appeals, some were successfully resolved on the spot, and 11 were provided with legal clarifications.
Officials have been instructed to address the remaining appeals that require additional time for consideration.
