In the modern digital age, along with the rapid development of information technology, cybersecurity issues are also becoming relevant. Especially in recent years, the number of cybercrimes has only increased, and this poses a serious threat to the security of society.
In this regard, a round table on "Developing cybercrimes" was recently held with the participation of employees of the Directorate of Protection of Khorezm region. The event was also attended by specialists working in the field of information security. The speakers spoke in detail about cybercrimes that are currently widespread – illegal withdrawal of funds from citizensʼ bank plastic cards, obtaining personal data through virus programs and applications, etc.
In addition, practical recommendations were presented on what simple but effective measures citizens and employees can take to ensure cybersecurity. At the end of the event, the participants received answers to all their questions from the experts.
