The administration of the Directorate of Protection of Namangan region is actively implementing a set of measures to strengthen service discipline among the personnel, improve the efficiency of the units and comprehensively study the social and living conditions of employees.
Within the framework of these events, with the participation of responsible managers and mahalla activists, visits were made to the homes of employees and their living conditions were thoroughly studied. In each household, an open and sincere dialogue was organized with family members, and the existing problems were studied.
Relevant tasks were assigned to responsible agencies regarding pressing issues identified during the study, and specific mechanisms for their resolution were defined.
Also, during these visits, meetings were held with representatives of mahallas, activists, and the public. During the negotiations, issues of further strengthening cooperation between state organizations and local self-government bodies, protecting the interests of employees, and strengthening social protection were discussed.
