Today, considerable attention is being paid in our country to the formation of a reserve of spiritually and morally mature, patriotic, devoted and honest personnel. To this end, systemic reforms are being carried out in various areas, and important legislative changes are being made.

As part of these events, a round table was organized in the Department of Security of the Syrdarya region. The event was attended by groups of paramilitary supervisors who successfully passed the military professional selection exams for enlisted and non-commissioned personnel, as well as employees who successfully passed the tests for service in non-departmental paramilitary security units, and their parents.

At the meeting, the participants received detailed information about the ongoing security reforms in the country, the created favorable working conditions and opportunities for employees. An open dialogue was also held during the round table on strengthening cooperation with parents, preventing misconduct among employees, preventing road accidents, various accidents, extortion, and combating corruption.

Thanks to this event, citizens and their families were once again informed about the regulatory and legal aspects, the concepts of professional responsibility and the disciplines necessary in their professional activities. Special attention was paid to the importance of observing ethical standards and regulations, as well as strengthening cooperation between employees and their families.
