The Directorate of Protection of Syrdarya region held an event aimed at strengthening the legal knowledge of employees and preventing possible violations of official discipline and illegal actions.

The event was attended by employees of the district and city departments in a videoconference format. The main focus of the meeting was on issues of compliance with official discipline, legislation and ethical standards when interacting with citizens, as well as strengthening executive discipline.

Management representatives familiarized employees in detail with the latest changes in legislation and the specifics of working with regulatory legal acts. Specific cases of violations of official and executive discipline that occurred during the reporting period were reviewed, as well as liability measures for such violations were analyzed in detail.

The meeting ended in an open dialogue format, during which the staff received comprehensive answers to all their questions.
