Systematic work is being carried out to ensure youth employment and to select qualified young candidates. In particular, new candidates from paramilitary protection units have recently been accepted into the free combatant units of the Directorate of Protection of Navoi region.
The candidates underwent sports and psychological tests for three days. After that, a meeting was held with employees of paramilitary and protection guard units who successfully passed the selection process, as well as with their parents. At the meeting, the head of the department, his deputy and representatives of the Department of Internal Security discussed issues of preventing corruption and compliance with established procedures while on duty.
At the end of the meeting, the participants received detailed answers to all their questions.
