A special working group conducted a comprehensive performance check at the Directorate of Protection of Bukhara region. Namely, the task of the group was a comprehensive analysis of performance, personnel policy, economic work and the state of internal discipline.

During the study, special attention was paid to issues of service discipline, the level of professional training of employees and the quality of their performance of official duties. The indicators of physical, spiritual and psychological training of the personnel were evaluated separately.

The aspects of personnel work were studied no less thoroughly: the personnel management system, the organization of the educational and methodological process, incentive mechanisms for employees, as well as their working conditions and social support.

A significant part of the audit was focused on the analysis of the managementʼs business activities. The experts assessed the state of the material and technical base and analyzed the efficiency of using available resources. Specific recommendations were given for all identified shortcomings and problematic issues, as well as practical assistance in their elimination.

Based on the results of the study, the working group formed a package of proposals and identified priority tasks. They are aimed at improving the efficiency of the services provided, improving the work of employees and ensuring greater transparency in the field of managementʼs business activities.
