Regular field receptions of the head of the Directorate of Protection of Tashkent region with the participation of residents of remote areas were held in Bekabad and Chirchik cities. The main purpose of the events was to study in detail the problems and needs of the population, as well as to assess the effectiveness of existing social support measures.

The meetings were organized with the active participation of representatives of the regional Department of School and Preschool Education, the Employment Assistance Center and the khokimiyats. During the receptions, special attention was paid to issues of social support for employees and their families, and solving existing problems of citizens.

Representatives of the Directorate of Protection spoke in detail about the facilities created for employees and the ongoing work on their social protection. Along with this, measures such as preferential holidays for children in summer camps, employment programs for family members of employees and the provision of preferential loans were highlighted.

During the personal conversations, the opinions and suggestions of both the employees themselves and their families were listened to. All questions and requests received were carefully recorded and sent to the responsible persons for further resolution.
