In order to increase interest in reading among the staff of the Directorate of Protection of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, enrich their spiritual culture and strengthen the traditions of family reading, a book fair was organized. An extensive collection of literature of various genres was presented at the event: fiction, popular science publications, childrenʼs literature and books on parenting. Each visitor was able to find a publication according to their taste and interests. Employees actively purchased meaningful books not only for personal reading, but also for their children and loved ones.

In addition, a similar fair was successfully held in the Directorate of Protection of Khorezm region, the purpose of which was to familiarize the personnel with the works of both world and Uzbek literature. Various categories of books were widely presented at the event: fiction, educational literature, childrenʼs books and popular science publications.

The Management staff took part in the fair with great interest, actively acquiring the necessary literature not only for themselves, but also for their families. This helped to strengthen cultural exchange and broaden horizons.

Such spiritual and educational events play an important role in increasing the reading culture among employees, contribute to the meaningful spending of their free time and further improve the overall spiritual environment.
