Preventive measures are being carried out in mahallas with a high crime rate

In order to prevent crimes in mahallas early and to enhance the legal culture of the population, employees of the Department of Protection under the Ministry of Internal Affairs regularly carry out preventive measures.
Through joint efforts, based on the developed roadmap, systematic work is underway to create a safe environment and early prevention of offenses in Uzbekistan mahalla, Angora district, Surkhandarya region, where a particularly difficult criminal situation has developed. In particular, employees of the regional Department of Internal Affairs, the Directorate of Protection and the Mahalla Seven are carrying out preventive measures aimed at turning the mahalla into a crime-free zone, ensuring employment, and monitoring youth and minors. At the same time, citizens are advised to be aware of the current situation and effectively use the capabilities of the security service to ensure the safety of their homes and facilities.

Employees of the Directorate of Protection recently organized meetings with citizens, during which they told them about the security and fire alarm systems being installed and the procedure for their operation. It was also noted that the installation of security devices is important to prevent incidents related to public order violations and theft. During the events, "alarm" buttons and video surveillance cameras were installed on the streets and in the entrances of apartment buildings. Similar events are continuing in other regions.
