The Department of Protection held an extended meeting dedicated to the development of industry activities. The main focus was on improving the property protection system for individuals and legal entities, modernizing services using modern technology, digitalizing processes and introducing artificial intelligence technologies, improving the efficiency of rapid response teams and expanding the coverage of technical security.

The meeting was attended by the management of the Department of Protection, deputy heads of territorial divisions for the implementation of information, communication and security technologies, as well as heads of departments and independent departments of the management staff.

The event reviewed key aspects of the organizationʼs activities. The speakers presented a detailed analysis of the achievements of the system and the performance indicators (KPIs) of managers. Using specific examples, the shortcomings in the work of the rapid response teams and the main problematic issues identified by the working group of the management staff were analyzed.

As a result of the discussion, important decisions were made regarding the introduction of new generation technologies in the field of property protection, the complete digitalization of the industry and the expansion of technical security coverage. The results of the work on creating a safe environment in the mahallas were also determined and long-term plans based on targeted and scientific principles were developed.

The meeting contributed to the elaboration of concrete measures for the further development and improvement of the activities of the Department of Protection.
