In honor of the celebration of Teachers and Mentors Day, meetings were held with veterans of the Department of Protection system — honored employees who have served effectively in the system for many years, made a significant contribution to the development of departments and today, while on well-deserved rest, selflessly transfer their rich professional experience to the younger generation of employees.

During the warm meetings, the heads and responsible officers of the territorial Directorates of Protection expressed their sincere gratitude to the veterans for their invaluable contribution to the establishment and development of the service. Special attention was paid to the importance of mentoring in the modern personnel training system, where the experience of senior colleagues plays a key role in shaping the professional qualities of young specialists.
