In honor of the Day of Law Enforcement Officers, celebrated on October 25, the Department of Protection hosted a solemn event dedicated to honoring veterans of the service.

Former employees who had served selflessly and effectively in the internal affairs system for many years and were now retired were mentioned. The event was attended by the leadership and personnel of the Department of Protection, representatives of the Council of Veterans, as well as officers who have served in the system for many years and are now retired.

During the meeting, the guests shared their rich life and professional experience with the current staff. In their speeches, they spoke about patriotism and love for the Motherland, dedication to their chosen profession, a sense of pride in service and dedication. The veterans gave vivid examples from practice — they talked about the work on solving crimes and offenses, as well as about cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

At the end of the event, the leadership of the Department of Protection presented the veterans with the jubilee badge "Ustoz va murabbiyga". In addition, the participants received commemorative gifts from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Jubilee Committee of the Armed Forces in recognition of their achievements and in honor of their professional holiday.
