At the initiative of the Directorate of Protection of Surkhandarya region, a large-scale information and propaganda event was held jointly with the regional Traffic Safety Department. Its goal is to increase the culture of compliance with traffic regulations, prevent road accidents and prevent accidents caused by inattention and self—confidence of road users.

A demonstration of the consequences of an accident using the example of a damaged car took place in the Department of Protection of Termez city. Experts analyzed the causes of the accident in detail and discussed typical violations committed by both drivers and pedestrians.

Further, training seminars are organized for the personnel at the driving school. Qualified instructors conducted a detailed analysis of the rules of the road and the principles of safe driving. The participants received comprehensive answers to all their questions.

Information and propaganda work continued among the officers of the department. During the meeting, specific cases of road accidents were analyzed, and video footage from the accident scenes was shown. Special attention was paid to the need for regular preventive work with family members and subordinates, as well as monitoring compliance with safety requirements when driving vehicles.
