An information and preventive meeting with the personnel dedicated to road safety issues was held at the Directorate of Protection of Andijan region. The event was aimed at preventing road accidents, improving the skills of drivers and developing a culture of behavior on the roads.

During the meeting, the leadership of the regional Directorate of Protection, together with representatives of the Department of Internal Affairs, conducted explanatory work on the importance of traffic regulations for both drivers and pedestrians. Particular attention was paid to the inevitability of liability for traffic violations.

The participants of the event were informed about the key safety requirements when driving vehicles: the need to comply with the speed limit, the prohibition of distractions and the importance of constant vigilance. In addition, the staff received up-to-date information about the latest changes and additions to the rules of the road.

At the end of the meeting, a technical inspection of the employeesʼ official and personal vehicles was carried out. The responsible persons checked their technical condition and serviceability. All participants were once again reminded of the need to treat other road users with respect and strictly observe the established rules.
