Training was organized aimed at developing and strengthening team spirit, as well as increasing the efficiency of employees performance
Candidates of Psychological Sciences (PhD) from Andijan State University and Andijan State Pedagogical Institute conducted a training for employees of the regional Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard. The main purpose of this training is to raise team spirit, as well as to inform about approaches to understanding risk and attitudes to risk.
During the training, employees learned about modern approaches to risk, the basics of decision-making, in particular, joint ones. With the help of team games, we learned effective methods of reducing risks by strengthening mutual cooperation.
At the end of the event, the specialists studied the attitude of each employee to risk, after which they answered all the questions of the employees.
