In order to educate young people in the spirit of patriotism, support the younger generation, organize meaningful leisure, as well as further increase interest in our national army, the Council of the Youth Union of Jizzakh region, together with the regional Khokimiyat, the directorate of "Protection", military units of Jizzakh garrison and border troops organized a patriotic festival in Pakhtakor district under the slogan "In the name of peace, development and prosperity".

As part of the festival, competitions were held among young people on disassembly and assembly of weapons, lifting the barbell, archery. The winners were awarded with memorable gifts from the organizers.

The main part of the festival was an exhibition of weapons, a parade of honor guards, hand-to-hand combat, performances of service dogs, which instilled in the hearts of our youth a sense of pride for our national army.
