Psychologists of the Directorate of "Protection" of Surkhandarya region regularly conducts psychological trainings for personnel, during which special attention is paid to the formation of a healthy, moral and spiritual environment among employees and their family members, as well as timely elimination of problematic situations arising in the course of official activity.

Another such meeting took place the other day with the participation of employees of the department of "Protection" of Termez district in the recreation center "Marvarid".

During the meeting, appropriate recommendations were given to improve the level of moral and spiritual training, politeness to citizens, as well as the prevention of emotional stress, stress and depression, the formation of the ability to make the right decisions in emergency and extreme situations.

Important information was provided on the prevention of negative situations, ensuring the stability of the moral and spiritual situation in the team, and the correct assessment of actions.

Various practical psychological trainings were also conducted to prevent fatigue, self-doubt, depression, as well as to strengthen memory, maintain a healthy lifestyle. During the training, each participant analyzed his character and determined the necessary directions for further activities.

In conclusion, individual in-depth psychodiagnostic interviews were conducted. It should be noted that such meetings serve to improve the atmosphere in the team, strengthen cohesion and friendship between employees, increase efficiency.
