Social support for employees and their families is in the spotlight

In modern conditions, taking care of human capital is becoming a priority area for the development of any organization. Special attention is paid to ensuring the socio-economic well-being of employees, creating decent working conditions and providing comprehensive support both in professional activities and in solving personal issues.

The Department of Protection carries out comprehensive work on social support for employees of territorial divisions and their families. The living conditions, health status, marital status of the personnel, as well as the academic performance of their children are regularly monitored.

Based on the data obtained, targeted support programs are being developed and implemented. These include providing financial assistance to employees in need, providing access to quality medical care, organizing educational, cultural and leisure activities for children, as well as psychological counseling.

Special attention is paid to the families of employees who died in the line of duty. Responsible persons regularly visit them, expressing gratitude for the selfless work of the deceased defenders of law and order.

On the eve of the new school year, the children of employees who died in the line of duty were given the necessary school supplies. This is a manifestation of concern for the future generation and recognition of the merits of their parents.
