Protection personnel became blood donors

Hundreds of thousands of people around the world need blood donations every day. It is vital for patients with oncological and hematological diseases, severe injuries after accidents, as well as those who face complex operations.

Employees of the Directorate of Protection of Surkhandarya region regularly participate in the donor movement. Their initiative is not only a manifestation of official duty, but also evidence of civic responsibility. They recently visited the regional blood transfusion center to become gratuitous donors. Before the procedure, everyone underwent a mandatory medical examination — the health of the participants was under strict supervision of specialists.

For a healthy person, blood donation is absolutely safe and even useful. Selfless donation is an invaluable gift that can save someoneʼs life. Patients who have lost a lot of blood due to serious illnesses or injuries are especially in need of donor help. Among them are young children, whose health and life directly depend on peopleʼs willingness to share blood.

Such actions clearly demonstrate the humanism and compassion inherent in our compatriots, and also emphasize the vital role of gratuitous assistance in saving patients. By contributing to the donor movement, security personnel help collect the very "vital drops" that are so necessary for seriously ill people.
