Employees of the Directorate of Protection of Namangan region took part in an excursion to the Iskhakhan Tura Ibrat Museum and the Museum of Victims of Repression located in Turakurgan district.

These museums are important sources for studying the history, literature and spiritual heritage of our country. The museum of Iskhakhan Tura Ibrat provided detailed information about the life, work, scientific and spiritual heritage of the scientist, educator and public figure of our country. The participants were also greatly impressed by the historical documents, works and personal belongings presented in the museumʼs exposition.

At the same time, the Museum of Victims of Repression presented exhibits and historical information dedicated to the memory of our compatriots who were unjustly repressed during the years of the totalitarian regime. During the trip, the staff was given explanations about the instructive aspects of the events of this period, national independence and the value of human rights.
