Employees visited the Scientific and Educational Memorial Complex named after Islam Karimov

In order to organize cultural recreation for the personnel of the Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard of Tashkent region, a trip to the Scientific and Educational Memorial Complex named after Islam Karimov was organized.
It can be said that the monument to the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, installed in the center of the complex, is a symbol of respect and honor for the outstanding leader of the Uzbek people. The statue is made of bronze and depicts the president looking forward with confidence and determination.
Then the staff visited the gallery located on the territory of the complex and got acquainted with documents, photographs and historical exhibits related to the life and work of Islam Karimov. The exhibits tell about his youth, education, the early stages of his political career and his role in the formation of Uzbekistanʼs independence. The materials on the reforms and resolutions adopted in 1991 made a great impression.
During the trip, the National Guard officers learned a lot of new and interesting things about the outstanding achievements and historical role of Islam Karimov in the process of ensuring the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In general, this trip allowed us to better understand not only the history of Uzbekistanʼs independence, but also the contribution of the first leader to the process of nation-building, and also reminded us of the importance of realizing the value of independence and dedication to our Homeland.
