Samarkand Sharaf Rashidov State University hosted an essay contest on the theme "I am a defender of the Sacred Homeland", organized on the initiative of the National Guard Department for Samarkand region and the Directorate of "Protection".
The event was attended by military personnel and staff who demonstrated dedication and loyalty to the Motherland, as well as noted the importance of such sacred duties as protecting peace, independence and the people of our country. The competition provided the participants with an opportunity to express their thoughts based on high spiritual values.
The works were evaluated by professors and teachers of Samarkand Sharaf Rashidov State University.
According to the results of the competition, E. Kuchkarov, an employee of the "Protection" service, took the third place, T. Umaraliev, a serviceman, took the second place, and A. Kadyrov, a serviceman, took the honorable first place.
At the end of the event, the organizers awarded the winners, prize-winners and active participants with memorable gifts.
