A seminar session was held at the Tashkent Regional Training Center aimed at improving the level of legal knowledge of listeners and familiarizing them with the essence and significance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 18, 2025 "On amendments and additions to certain resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at further improving the effectiveness of the early crime prevention system in makhallas".

The seminar was attended by representatives of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Institute of Advanced Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Professor of the Department of Special Professional Sciences, Colonel Z. Umarov and associate professor of the department, Lieutenant Colonel J. Kenjayev.

The speakers analyzed the key provisions of the document in detail, focusing on the innovations and their practical significance. Special attention was paid to the issues of improving the system of early crime prevention at the mahalla level and the mechanisms for implementing the tasks set. In addition, they presented to the audience a comprehensive analysis of the document, highlighted the main directions of modernization of the existing system and outlined the priorities facing law enforcement officers.

The practical part of the seminar included an interactive discussion of topical issues, where each participant had the opportunity to understand in detail the aspects of interest. The listeners actively participated in the dialogue, asking questions on various aspects of the application of the new standards.
