The ecosystem of esports is actively developing in our country, aimed at its safe development and popularization. Special attention is paid to identifying and supporting talented youth through regular competitions and tournaments. This allows us not only to select promising players for professional esports, but also to attract new personnel to the field of information technology and the IT industry.

As part of this work, the Directorate of Protection of Navoi region, together with the regional Council of the Youth Union, organized a Counter-Strike tournament among the staff of the Directorate of Protection.

The competition was held in a friendly and energetic atmosphere. The participants were able to demonstrate their skills and share their experiences. In a hard-fought battle, the team of the Navoi City Security Department won the first place. A separate battalion became the silver medalists, and the team of the Karmaninsky district security department received the bronze award.

All the winners and prize-winners of the tournament were awarded with honorary diplomas and valuable commemorative prizes from the organizers. The event contributed not only to the development of the esports movement, but also to the strengthening of team spirit among employees.
