Currently, systematic work is underway to strengthen staff discipline, improve the culture of communication with citizens and reduce the level of offenses.

For example, the other day, a meeting with the personnel took place with the participation of the leadership of the Directorate of Protection of Navoi region and representatives of the Department of Internal Security. During the event, issues of compliance with official discipline were considered in detail, cases of violations among employees and their causes were analyzed. In addition, issues of non-interference in matters not related to official duties, as well as combating corruption, were discussed.

Special attention was paid to employees with personal vehicles. They were given additional instructions on following traffic rules and passing a timely technical inspection of vehicles.

Following the meeting, the responsible persons were instructed to inform the staff in more detail about the issues considered and ensure control over their implementation.
