In order to further strengthen official discipline and legality among the personnel, prevent offenses, ensure the principles of legality in their activities, as well as prevent possible emergency situations, another preventive measure was organized at the initiative of the Directorate of Protection of Ferghana region.

The event, organized as part of the Crime Prevention Day, brought together employees of Ferghana and Kokand city protection departments, the Main Directorate of Protection and the leadership of the regional administration. The participants of the event received practical recommendations on the most important aspects of their professional activities: discipline and internal regulations, rules of cultural behavior in the service, compliance with traffic rules, ensuring personal safety and maintaining public order.

The effectiveness of each employeeʼs work is assessed not only by the results of the service, but also by compliance with laws, personal responsibility and compliance with ethical standards. The event emphasized the need for an uncompromising attitude towards violations of official discipline. It was noted that every employee is required to demonstrate exemplary behavior both during service and at home.
