A round table was organized with the participation of employees of the Directorate of "Protection" of Syrdarya region, aimed at strengthening feelings of patriotism and belonging to the fate of the motherland, culture of communication, formation of labor loyalty and maintenance of official discipline
The event was attended by Colonel S.K.Khabibullaev, head of the Department of Educational and Ideological Work of the Main Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard, the leadership of the regional directorate of "Protection" and employees of city and district departments.
The speakers noted the importance of ensuring social and legal protection of employees, increasing the responsibility of all officials for protecting the life and health of personnel, and preventing cases of misconduct. In addition, special attention is paid to the suppression of traffic accidents, cases of fraud and corruption.
Then a preventive conversation took place in order to increase the culture of communication with comrades and citizens, strengthen feelings of patriotism and belonging to the fate of the motherland, labor loyalty, maintain official discipline, prevent crimes and offenses. Employees are also informed about the responsibility for participating in gambling.
At the end of the event, cases of violations of official discipline were considered, as well as measures to prevent mistakes and shortcomings made by employees were discussed.
