Psychologists of the Directorate of "Protection" of Samarkand region organized regular training sessions on improving the psychological knowledge of employees serving in the system, as well as the effective performance of official duties and strengthening memory.

During the training on the topic "Creating a stable psychological climate in the group", special attention was paid to the effective organization of work with the team.

Psychologists also studied the internal experiences, mental state, character and characteristics of employees, checked their level of knowledge about the service.

Such practical work is the key to effective service of employees, as well as strengthens their personal qualities, forms mutual respect and friendly relations with colleagues.
