As part of the social support for the personnel and their family members, the management of the Directorate of Protection of Kashkadarya region organized an on-site reception. The main purpose of the event was to study and promptly solve the current problems of employees.

During the meeting, the management representatives listened attentively to all appeals and suggestions from both the employees themselves and their family members. Special attention was paid to the issues of employment of relatives of employees of the department, the provision of preferential credit conditions and other aspects of social support.

As a result of the reception, 30 applications were considered. Of these, 10 issues were resolved directly during the meeting, and detailed explanations were given for 15 requests. The remaining requests were transferred to responsible executors with specific instructions for their consideration.

Such field receptions demonstrate the managementʼs concern for personnel and are aimed at creating favorable conditions for the effective performance of employees.
