As previously reported, the Department of Protection is working in Kashkadarya region to fulfill the tasks of the head of state: creating a safe environment and crime-free zones throughout the republic, as well as reliable protection of facilities and improving the professional skills of employees of departmental guard units.

During the monitoring, awareness‑raising events were held in mahallas and shopping malls. The participants, citizens and entrepreneurs, were presented with the results of work on the protection of public order, the prevention of theft and mass riots, as well as the prevention of other illegal actions. In addition, information materials about protection services and their benefits were distributed to the responsible persons.

At the same time, visits to educational institutions of the region were carried out. The heads of organizations were given specific instructions on how to organize school security within the framework of the Safe School project, modernize video surveillance systems, update alarm buttons and strengthen the work of rapid response teams.

Based on the results of the monitoring, those responsible for eliminating the identified deficiencies were appointed, a set of measures was developed to address problematic issues and clear deadlines were set for the implementation of the planned measures.
