Psychologists from the Department of Protection of the MIA of Ferghana region conducted psychological trainings for employees on the topic "The role and place of personality in interpersonal relationships: the formation of communicative qualities."
As part of this training, participants performed various practical exercises aimed at developing effective communication skills, strengthening mutual understanding and creating a team atmosphere. During the event, methods of developing personal communication skills, as well as the principles of empathy and active listening were also discussed. The training was interactive, and participants performed practical exercises aimed at increasing mutual understanding and cooperation in interpersonal relationships. Special attention was paid to effective communication, conflict management and leadership development.
