Full compliance with official discipline is one of the main tasks of any employee. For the effective organization of discipline, first of all, an order must be established.

A few days ago, a regular meeting was held in the Directorate of "Protection" of Syrdarya region with the participation of employees of district and city departments of "Protection".

The meeting was attended by officials of the Central Office of the National Guard and the management of the Directorate of "Protection".

A video clip was shown at the event and problems were discussed among the employees of the "Protection" service. Along with this, measures aimed at eliminating problems were identified, open dialogues and round tables were organized to prevent violations of official discipline and compliance with performance discipline.

During the open dialogues, explanatory work and preventive conversations were held with employees on cases of violations of the law in the course of official activities, driving personal vehicles and fighting corruption.
