The Department of Protection and its regional divisions are implementing comprehensive measures aimed at studying the social status of employees and providing them with the necessary support.

For example, recently in Besharyk and Furkat districts of Ferghana region, a working group together with representatives of mahallas made visits to the homes of employees and studied in detail their living conditions. In the course of the research, open conversations took place, which made it possible to identify existing problems and identify specific measures to solve them, which were entrusted to the relevant officials.

In addition, meetings with mahalla activists and members of the public were organized as part of this work. At these meetings, ways to strengthen cooperation between government agencies and local governments were discussed.

Such initiatives clearly demonstrate attention to the human factor in the system, concern for employees and consistent steps to ensure their social, spiritual and moral stability. Special attention is paid to creating favorable conditions for the life and work of employees, which helps to increase their loyalty and service efficiency.
