Improving the combat readiness and professional skills of Protection Service personnel

The Protection Service of the Internal affairs agencies carries out comprehensive work to prepare personnel for action in various threat scenarios. Particular attention is paid to improving the physical and moral-psychological qualities of employees.

A multi-level training system is being implemented to achieve these goals. Tactical and drill exercises are conducted at specialized training grounds, during which employees practice coordinated actions in various operational situations and improve their tactical thinking and practical skills.

Physical training plays a crucial role in the training of personnel. Modern sports complexes regularly host general physical training sessions, including running at various distances, strength exercises, sports games, and special combat techniques.

Special attention is paid to marksmanship training. At equipped electronic shooting ranges, employees improve their marksmanship skills, develop reaction speed and psychological stability when performing firing tasks using modern simulators.

The implementation of this set of measures contributes to the combat readiness of Protection units and ensures that personnel are prepared to effectively perform their duties in any operational situation.
