Training sessions are held throughout the republic aimed at improving the professional level of employees of departmental guard units and improving the protection system at social facilities.
For the practical implementation of the instructions of the head of state, announced on January 27 in the Protection Service of Tashkent city, the Department of Protection, together with partner organizations, organizes week-long training courses for employees of departmental guard units ensuring the security of social facilities.
As part of the exercises for the personnel of the Protection Service of Tashkent city and Namangan region, key issues related to improving the skills of guards in emergency situations, organizing their interaction in special conditions, as well as making operational decisions at social facilities in the republic were considered.
In addition, during the events, the tasks of departmental guard units and the procedure for their formation, requirements for employees, employees and candidates for service, as well as issues related to the rights, duties and social protection of employees were discussed. Special attention was paid to the problems of financial and logistical support for the units.
