On the eve of May 9, the Day of Remembrance and Honors, employees of the Department of Protection and its territorial divisions visited the families of deceased colleagues who selflessly served for the benefit of peace and public safety of our country, as well as those comrades who lost the opportunity to serve in the ranks of the Protection Service.
For example, such charity events were organized by employees of the Directorates of Protection of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Jizzakh and Khorezm regions under the slogan "Memory is eternal, honor is sacred!".
As part of these events, surahs were read in memory of the fallen comrades, and sincere conversations were held with their families. In addition, they were provided with financial and moral support, problems and needs were studied. Consultations on childrenʼs education, living conditions and future plans were also provided.
Such initiatives have become a tradition for the Protection Service, and honoring the blessed memory of dedicated employees, as well as caring for their families, are considered one of the important tasks of today.
