As part of the Prevention Day, the head of the Directorate of Protection of Ferghana region, Colonel Z.Tuychiyev held a series of meetings and conversations with residents of Shakarkishlok mahalla in Ferghana city, which belongs to the "red" category.

The main topics of discussion included the state of law and order, measures to ensure the well-being of the population, as well as the prevention of offenses and crimes. Special attention was paid to individual work with persons registered in the probation department, serving sentences in the form of correctional labor and restriction of liberty, as well as with citizens at risk of committing crimes. During the meetings, the legal norms were explained to the participants, emphasis was placed on the importance of observing the laws and personal responsibility to society and family.

Social support has become another important area of work. Dialogues were organized with representatives of socially vulnerable groups: people with disabilities, low-income families and citizens in need of government support. During these meetings, the main problems and needs of these categories of citizens were identified, after which the responsible persons were given specific tasks to solve them in cooperation with government and public organizations.

Interaction with the population manifested itself in an active dialogue with the residents of the mahalla. Their proposals and initiatives were heard, on the basis of which specific measures for their implementation were identified. This approach allowed not only to identify existing problems, but also to outline ways to effectively solve them.
