Psychologists-specialists of the Directorate of Protection of Syrdarya region organized psychological training for employees of the Department of Protection of Saykhunabad district.

The event was organized by the staff psychologists of the department in order to strengthen the psychological state of the staff. During the classes, specialists paid attention to increasing the stress tolerance of employees, mastering methods of overcoming states of fear and depression, as well as building self-confidence in emergency situations.

The training program included both theoretical blocks and practical exercises. All this helps employees to cope more effectively with emotional stress and maintain psychological stability in their professional activities.
